Controller: Ken

Ken is our Controller. He and his accounting staff  handle all the payroll and settlement issues.  His fine work and the lending of his extensive expertise have been instrumental in making JR’s more efficient, and accountable. 

Human Resource Manager: TJ

TJ has varying roles she has taken on over the years, she has become a true friend to us all. Always willing to put in the time and effort it takes to keep things running smoothly, such as Accounts Payable/Receivables, Payroll, Licensing, Safety & Compliance, Insurance, Benefits, Human Resources, Training etc., TJ is a key factor to our success.

Office Manager: Kim

Kim has been a breath of fresh air to the Administrative Department! Dealing with accounts receivables, collections, and endless day to day tasks assisting TJ, her cheerful attitude, and encouraging work ethic, makes each day seem a little brighter. She is our ray of sunshine!

Administrative Assistant: Terri

Terri is a long time employee who starts off everyday with a smiling face.  Her pleasant personality is a bright spot in the day for our staff.   Terri wears many different hats for us.  She handles PUC's and IFTA reports, Safety and Compliance, assists the accounting department with the payables and receivables,  log auditing and she is always willing to lend a hand wherever she is needed!

Receptionist: Carole Anne

Carole Anne -  This young lady is the voice of JR’s Freight Services, Inc.  We have had many compliments on her professionalism as our receptionist.  Her job duties go beyond her title in that she is the morale builder for those who are feeling down.  The pleasant voice and loving approach (with a heart to match) are invaluable to our operation.

Sales/Operations Manager: Wade

Wade spends his days coordinating the efforts of the sales staff and is also one of our top producers! Always willing to step up when needed, Wade has recently taken on the challenge of Operations Manager as the company continues to grow in its success.

Fleet Supervisor : Steve

As fleet supervisor/dispatcher he has his hands full. Steve diligently keeps trucks moving. His various duties of dispatching, maintenance, and search for quality drivers fills his days quickly.

Sales & Operations Dept: Mark

Mark is the newest addition to our team and is already showing signs of becoming a valuable asset to our operation.He always has a smile on his face,an up-beat
attitude and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
We are really looking forward to his future here.

Sales Dept: Bonnie

Bonnies outgoing personality, focus on customer satisfaction, and vast knowledge of trucking are a few of the qualities that have made her our TOP SALES producer!

Sales Dept: Dennis

Dennis has been a great asset to the Sales Dept and we look forward to many years of his quick wit and GREAT sense of humor!

Sales Dept: Chelsea

Chelsea is definitely a ray of sunshine in the sales office! She is one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuinely nice people you will ever meet; not to mention she will be giving
our seasoned top producers a run for their money in no time at all! We are so very fortunate to have her on board.

Sales Dept: Kary

Kary is one of the most ambitious, focused, tenacious people you will ever meet. In her short time working for JR's she has already been voted Employee of the Month twice!

future for her in the years to come.

Customer Service: Colleen

Colleen is another integral part of our operation. Among many of her responsibilities is making sure drivers pick up
and deliver our customers' freight on time. We have been able to enjoy steady growth because Colleen frees up so much time for our sales staff to be on the phones generating
more business! In other words, she makes the rest of us look good!
